General Information
The doctors working at our medical centre are highly experienced, very well known and much respected by our local community. Our friendly staff will always ensure that our patients are attended to with the waiting time being reduced to a minimum.
Online Appointment Bookings
Online appointment bookings are available on our website or through the Hotdoc App. Please select the Book Appointment Now link should you wish to make an appointment through our website. If you do not have online access, you can phone us and one of our friendly receptionists will make a booking for you.
If you require a longer appointment or have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to call us on (02) 9905 3408. Please note we do not offer Telehealth appointments online. Please call our Reception for further information.
New Patients and New Borns
If you are a new patient, please contact reception on 9905 3408 to receive a new patient registration form to be completed with your details prior to your scheduled appointment. This will ensure a faster and more efficient booking for you.
For new-borns please contact reception on 9905 3408 to receive a new patient form to fill out with your baby’s details prior to your scheduled appointment.
Insurance and Work cover
For all new work cover patients, please contacgt reception to receive a new work cover / ctp claim form prior to your appointment with your doctor. Please note that you may be charged a private fee for your first visit, which can be claimed back from your insurer once your claim has been approved. It is in your interest to obtain a claim number and your insurance company details as soon as possible as we will be unable to bill your insurance company for your visits until your claim is approved.
Emergencies
We do our best to accomodate patients who become seriously ill.
However, if you have any medical or life-threatening emergency, please dial 000 for an Ambulance or proceed to your nearest Emergency Department.
Cancellations
If you no longer require your appointment, please let us know at least two hours in advance by cancelling online through HotDoc or calling our Reception on (02) 9905 3408. This ensures that we accommodate patients in need as our doctors are often booked out.
Recalls & Reminders
Our Practice is committed to Preventative Healthcare, therefore you may be prompted for follow up appointments and health checks. Please note it is also your responsibility as a patient to follow up with results and recall appointments. Please contact us on (02) 9905 3408 for any concerns or further information.
After Hours Care
If you require medical care outside of our practice hours, please contact our after-hours provider National Home Doctor Service on 13SICK.

We do our best to accomodate patients who become seriously ill and we allocate a small number of emergency appointment every day. However, due to our doctors often fully booked, we cannot guarantee the availability of emergency appointments and you maybe advised to seek help at another medical centre or a hospital.
